This is an English translation of the Bulgarian original. In case of any discrepancy, the Bulgarian version shall prevail.

- “DATS AGRI” EOOD, UIC (EIK) 205097446, VAT No. BG205097446, represented by its manager Dilyan Dimov
- Address: 22 Dobrotitsa housing estate, entrance A, apt. 7, Dobrich, Bulgaria

You can contact us using these details with any question about your personal data.
2. What data we process
2.1. When you send an inquiry
When you send us an inquiry via the website form, by email, by phone or on Viber, we process: your name, phone number, email address, number of guests and houses, requested dates of stay, need for a baby cot and the content of your message.
The website form does not store any data on a server. When submitted, it opens your email app with a pre-filled message to us — the data reaches us only when you send the email yourself.
2.2. When you book and pay
Data needed to confirm the reservation, receive the deposit and the remaining balance, and issue accounting documents — for example the payer's name and bank transfer details.
2.3. On check-in
Data from the guests' identity documents, which we are required to register under the Bulgarian Tourism Act.
2.4. When you visit the website
The hosting provider may automatically record technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of visit) in server logs for security and the normal operation of the website. The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies — see our Cookie Policy for details.
3. Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answering your inquiry and preparing a reservation | Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR |
| Confirming and performing the reservation and the stay | Performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR |
| Guest registration, accounting and tax obligations | Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (Bulgarian Tourism Act, Accountancy Act, tax legislation) |
| Website security, defence of legal claims | Legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR |
| Optional cookies (if introduced in future) | Your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR |
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. Retention periods
- Inquiries that did not lead to a reservation — up to 12 months after the last communication.
- Reservation data and related correspondence — until the expiry of the limitation periods for any claims.
- Accounting documents — for the periods required by the Bulgarian Accountancy Act and tax legislation.
- Guest registration data — for the periods required by the Bulgarian Tourism Act.
Once the relevant period has expired, the data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Recipients of data
We share data only to the extent necessary and only with:
- hosting and email service providers that process data on our behalf;
- Viber — when you choose to contact us through the app; in that case Viber's own privacy policy also applies;
- banks and payment institutions — for payments;
- our accountant — to meet our accounting obligations;
- state and municipal authorities, where required by law — for example for registering guests in the Bulgarian Unified Tourist Information System (ESTI).
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some technical providers (for example email services or the Google Fonts used by the website) may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, transfers take place with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR — a European Commission adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right:
- to access your personal data;
- to have inaccurate or incomplete data rectified;
- to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where there is no legal basis for keeping the data;
- to restriction of processing;
- to data portability;
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, contact us at azimoreto1@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Bulgaria, www.cpdp.bg, or with the data protection authority of the EU country where you live.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to the data is limited to people who need it to perform their duties.
9. Children
Inquiries and reservations are made by adults. We receive data about children who will stay at the property only from their parents or accompanying adults, and only to the extent necessary.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, together with the date of the last change.
